Raise More Money Or It's Free.

NO RISK

If your nonprofit organization fully implements eTapestry within 4 months of the date of sale and meets the requirements listed below, and does not raise more money in the 12 months following implementation of eTapestry than in the prior 12 months of operation, eTapestry will provide the base database service at no charge for the next year! In other words, if you don't raise more money with eTapestry, you don't pay.*

Requirements:

  • Deliver data for conversion within 30 days of sales date - if applicable.
  • Actively participate in data mapping as needed - if applicable.
  • Participate in 3 mutually agreed-upon weekly 20-minute phone meetings during the implementation period. If you miss two or more meetings, the guarantee will no longer apply (sorry) - applies to databases requiring custom conversion only.
  • Receive a passing grade on the eTapestry Certification test within 30 days of database going live.
  • Have your ecommerce/online giving page (if applicable) active within 30 days of database going live.
  • Pay all invoices to Blackbaud on time.
  • Participate in mutually agreed-upon quarterly progress phone meetings with your eTapestry Existing Account Executive.
  • Notify us within 30 days of the first anniversary of the completed implementation date if you did not raise more money.
  • This offer is only available for new eTapestry database orders after September 1, 2010.
eTapestry's Benchmark Giving Dynamics

*eTapestry's Benchmark Giving Dynamics report will be utilized for qualifying organizations to compare giving for the two time periods. The time periods to be compared will be based on the 12 months prior to the date the eTapestry database goes live, and the 12 months after. The comparison will be based on the dollars raised (pledges plus outright gifts, excluding pledge payments). Participating organizations will be asked to verify the accuracy of the data being reported. The organization will have 30 days to notify us that the defined report does not reflect more money raised.
