We value your loyalty as an eTapestry customer. During these challenging times, we'd like to help you out for helping us out! For every two organizations you refer to eTapestry that purchase our services before December 31, 2010, we will send you a Dell® notebook computer - FREE!*

If you know other nonprofits that could benefit from eTapestry's web-based services, submit your referrals before the end of the year. If your leads qualify based on existing Customer Referral lead requirements, you are well on your way to a new computer.

If we are not already working with any of the organizations you submit as prospective customers, an eTapestry representative will follow up with them to determine whether our software or services fit their needs. If any of the organizations become customers within six months of the date you submit the referral form, your organization will receive a credit on your next eTapestry invoice equal to 10 percent of the new customer's first-year recurring investment!

Your credit can apply to any of the following services:

• Annual or monthly service fees
• Training
• eTapestry consultant
• Additional modules
• Additional user licenses

*When two leads purchase at least $2,500 each in services by December 31, 2010, you will receive a Dell Inspiron 910 notebook in addition to your standard Customer Referral fee/discount.

Any income tax consequences will be the responsibility of the eTapestry customer.

Blackbaud reserves the right to substitute a computer model of equivalent value if the Dell Inspiron 910 is not available.
