While eTapestry may be easy to use, quality training will help you get the most out of your setup and use of the software. However eTapestry's training is unlike most of the traditional software training with which you are familiar. Such training requires two days to two weeks of solid classroom time and probably involves travel and significant expense. We use both Recorded and Live Web Based Training.

With eTapestry you have a choice of trainings:

Recorded Online Training Sessions

You will start with eTapestry's Recorded Online Training Sessions. We bring training to your desktop. Developed by the eTapestry support and training department, these pre-recorded sessions let you focus on the basic areas of the eTapestry application. Listen and watch as an eTapestry instructor explains and shows you how to do everything from adding gifts to sending mass email. Because these sessions are recorded, you can play - and replay - them as often as you need. No need to schedule anything to get started! It is a perfect solution for training multiple individuals in an organization, or getting some detailed training on a specific area of eTapestry - all at a very affordable price.

Recorded Online Sessions: $550

Crash Courses and Master Classes

After viewing all of the Recorded Training Sessions, move on to our Online Crash Courses and Master Classes. Crash Course are quick, 30 minute session covering a variety of topics each month. You may also want to move on to our 60 minute Master Classes. An instructor takes you through a features and get recommendation for process, such as preparing your data for a Direct Mail, or Tracking Event. Online training sessions are in a group setting that includes participation with other nonprofit organizations.

Included with Annual Training only. Not sold separately.

On-Site Consulting

Onsite consultations can accommodate multiple staff members and cover a wide range of topics. If you need consultation on how to best incorporate or use eTapestry within your organization, our support staff can come onsite to assist you as needed. Both options can be arranged to fit your specific needs and timeframes. This does not take the place of regular training, but can be used to pin point certain specific areas.
