FIRST, THE BASICS:
Your database must have between 1 and 15,000 records.
The 30 days start when your data is turned over to eTapestry in an agreed-upon format. The following data formats qualify for the 30 day offer:

Habitrack
Giftworks 2Quick
Other data formats, such as Access and Excel, may qualify. Please contact us for more details
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
Test your data within one week after it is on the test server.
Actively participate in data mapping as needed.
Participate in 3 mutually agreed-upon weekly 20-minute phone meetings during the implementation period. If you miss a meeting, the 30 days will be extended an additional week. If you miss two or more meetings, the 30 day guarantee will no longer apply (sorry).
Receive a passing grade on the eTapestry Certification test prior to going live.
Pay all invoices to eTapestry on time.
A FEW EXCEPTIONS:
Service-related eTapestry modules may or may not be active in 30 days, and are excepted from the guarantee, including:

Donor Loyalty
National Change of Address
